With every order you place, you will be sent an email with all the details of your order like order ID, tracking ID, date of delivery, etc. The email will include a tracking code that allows you to track your order from when it’s placed to the delivery.
Once an order is placed, you will have to place a new order for a fresh purchase.
During the time of your order, you can change your address across India. But once the order is placed, you cannot change the address.

Yes. Your online orders are dispatched through our courier partner in specially-made jewellery boxes that keep your purchases in pristine conditions. If you are in the city where our stores are located, please feel free to visit and pick up your order from the store. Please choose this option during the checkout process.

Once an order has been placed, it is not possible to cancel the order. However, we will accept all requests for cancellation/modification until your piece of luxe jewellery is still in the Flourish warehouse or has not been dispatched.

In case you receive a damaged (in transit) or incorrect piece (size/color variation), take a picture of the product received and mail it to us on firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 business days. Our QC team will check if it is eligible for return/exchange depending on closely identifying the issue with the order received. You will be notified about your request through email from the House of Flourish confirming your request within 24 Hours of receiving your exchange/return email.
Once we process the issue, our team will arrange collection of the product and post receiving the damaged/incorrect piece, we will dispatch a fresh product.
Refund is applicable only in the event of your product/package getting lost in transit. The House of Flourish does not provide a refund if you have provided an incorrect/old address or if you are returning used pieces.
Your refund amount will be processed and reflected in your account within 10 business days.
You can avail cash on delivery or pay through debit or credit cards, various payment wallets or UPI options that we offer on checkout. You can also avail our ‘Buy Now, Pay Later’ option for EMI payment.
